Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Contact Us Within 30 Days: You must reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Authorization Required: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Process

      Refunds

      • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
      • Haven’t Received Your Refund? If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@smuggleyourbooze.com

      Order Cancellations

      • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled if contacted in time before shipment. Once the parcel is shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
